Cleaner crew and first fish

My tank should be done cycling within the next week. I wanted to know whats a good cleaning crew for a 75g fowler setup. I was also thinking about getting a pair for black clown with after the tank cycles. Please give me your thoughts on fish selection and clean up crew......Thanks.

a brittle or serpent star, some peppermints, misc asst. snails and some hermits should do it.

Also I like the sally lightfoot crab.
