Cleaning Norwesco style water storage

Who uses the vertical storage tanks like what Norwesco has for mixing stations? I have seen a lot of impressive mixing stations and want to do something similar but I'm worried about how you clean those taller tanks with smaller openings.

I got a 150g about 64 inch tall with really big 30 inch opening  Mostly contain freshwater and cleaning is not that bad at all. Drain the water all the way down. Scrub hard with some fresh water and vinegar  + wash it out with fresh rodi water couple times, drain it and voila. Done. Just test the rodi water later with a handheld tds meter to make sure it clean and all
