clearing up water?

first off i posted in new member q and a because i know it will get answered faster here sorry! i just recently bought a 90g and bought caribsea florida crushed coral and rinsed thoroughly (many times) and put it in the tank, and still after 24 hours and filtering through my xp2 can i cant get the haze out! any suggestion? wife really wants to move the fish and coral over but im a little worried.

Takes a couple days regardless to clear up. Patience is key in this hobby...and i wouldnt move the fish over for atleast two weeks after that to properly give time for the new tank to cycle.

Just give it time...it will clear.

if it's not clear in a week.. then worry..

it takes quite some time...

It will clear. If it is a new tank I would wait at least a month or longer to stock it. I don't put anything in until I start to get coralline algae on the glass and rocks. Like Bass said, patience. If you get in a hurry, you invite disaster.
