I think my female clown is on her last leg. She looked rough last week like she had some damaged scales but no one would have attacked her in the tank, just have a small male clown and a flame angle. Today I noticed some discoloration of her body, like a pale spot on her side. She is about 14 years old some I’m not sure if that’s just the life expectancy. She is very lethargic but does swim up when I come to the tank and is still eating.

About 8 years is their wild life span it seems... 12 years appears to be the common expectancy in a fish tank, though some have been reported up to 20 years old or so.

TBH, sounds like she got a pretty good run, 🤞maybe she'll rally and have a few more years in her. Not sure what if anything can/should be done tho.
