I have been out of town for a month and when I came back, my clown fish is hosting my toadstool coral.

That is my first fish in this tank, so about 1 1/2 years, and this is the first time to host something besides a powerhead.

The coral (or anemone, or whatnot) IS the host.

The fish are being hosted by whatever they have chosen to nestle in.

Just needed to point that out ;)

I have had that toadstool for about a year and it just moved in. Not sure what caused the change but the clownfish rarely leaves it now. It is interesting because the paired male won't go in with her but when she leaves, he goes in.

Mine host my frogspawn and torch.
