Hey all - I have my two Mocha Vinci clowns in my QT tank and it seems to be going well! I dosed with some Dr Tims booster bacteria and then did my first 30% water change on the 3rd day. Ammonia seems stable, things are going as well as I couldve asked for *I THINK*. Ive watched many YT videos on what I should be looking for, but a lot of it is 'if they're swimming normally then they should be ok!' --- well these are my first two fish ever, so I have no baseline or reference point. So it looks like theyre behaving normally? They're behaving the way they did at Southern Aquatics whenver I was in there.. but just asking yall to give a quick look and give me your thoughts!

Sorry I couldnt post a video here so posted on reddit.

They look fine to me. Clowns are gonna clown, so don’t be surprised if they pick a weird spot to hang out in their real tank once you move them over. They will pick anything and everything to host other than the anemone you want them to. They even will host return nozzles. The two in my bedroom tank spend 90% of their time by the 2 anemone that live at the surface. Only after a year and a half have they really started to use the rest of the tank.

My clowns have been the most boring fish. They barely leave the corners of the tank (580g and 60g)

Same in my 320. I’ve had a big sunburst in there for a few months now but they haven’t shown interest. The most boring fist until they host an anemone but when they do it’s incredible so worth the wait.
