Clown with white stringy fices

One of my clown is not eating, breathing rapidly, and has stringy white poops hanging from her. The other clown is fine and active. Some people are saying this is cause by stress and others are saying internal parasites. If it is internal parasites, what is the best way to treat it?

I have tried garlic extreme in the past with limited sucess. How long have you had the clown? Are you using UV? Do you have a cleaner shrimp in the tank. I will cross my fingers for you but at this point....

Metronidazole & Focus or PraziPro.

Or if he eats pellets, Jungle makes a pellet with Praziquantel & Metronidazole in them.

He's not eating so I think I have to set up a hospital tank for him. I bought Jungles Parasite Clear, but it doesn't say for saltwater. Can that be use to treat saltwater fish?

I don't know about that product. If he's not eating I'd try PraziPro in the water in the q-tank.
