Clownfish

I bought a new clownfish yesterday and he wont stop pacing the tank 90 to nuthin and he keeps running full on to the side of the tank! Any suggestions?

just a kenya tree, hammer with only 2 heads, some xenia, but no other fish

i have found that they do this until they get adjusted to the light schedule. he won't keep hitting his head on the glass for to long. if you haven't put some food in there and he will calm down a little

He did not have an anemone at the store.... instead he had a couple of pounds of live rock and an eel.... poor guy!

Is it eating yet?? Mine took a while to calm down too.

He did not eat last night but ate like a pig today! The LFS i bought him from said that they prefer to eat 2-3 times a day in small portions. He also said to alternated the feedings between flakes and frozen foods. Thought that was pretty interesting!

Yeah bill always says that, but honestly, I feed once a day. Tank is doing great being fed once a day. When I bought tank Bill gave me some flakes, and Tank just ignores them, only wants the brine and mysis. A varied diet is good but for some reason mine wont touch flakes.
