my tank is done cycling and i would like to add a pair of clowns and was wondering if there are any stores that have a good variety

my last tank i had a pair of picasso's but will try to make it out there this weekend unless things get worst and thanks!
I got mine there as babies. They’ve bonded and grown quite a bit. He does do 2 for $15 but you can’t pick which 2. I think it’s 2 for $20 if you choose which ones you want.

I got a pair of gladiators from them, which were my very first salt water fish.
It took me an hour to pick them out because there was a billion clowns in the tank at the time. I was amazed that Rit was able to catch them so quickly.
i've been looking online but there's so many variations now that i can't make my mind up lol

this is a good site to tell you all of the varieties. some have multiple names like gladiators are also known as davincis...i'm sure that there are others.

i was on their site last night,so many lol and thank you!

Whichever color variation you decide; I would recommend sticking with Ocellaris or Percula species. The majority of other clown species get quite large and highly aggressive.

Fortunately, Most of the designer clowns are in these two species.

Is that two for $15 total... or $15 each? Either way would be a good deal

I concur. You can’t go wrong with Ocellaris or Percularis species. Very hardy and easily maintained; especially if it’s your first fish.

wannabee

ocellaris where the first clowns i kept when i first got into the hobby and still one of my favorite fish

I’ve always said, “A reef tank isn’t a Reef Tank!” without some clowns around. Who doesn’t like a circus? The clowns are always the ✨ of the show.

P.S. Some years ago, I made two trips from middle Georgia to Athens to purchase some ordinary clowns from a breeder. Well worth the trip!
