I've heard the club has a PAR meter for its members to use. Being I've been a member for some years now I'd like to use the PAR meter if it actually exist.

Unfortunately we dont have any club equipment.
I'm in to donate some of the items in not using, someone could use it, to organize a drygoods or livestock selling thread to raise funds for the club to have some necessary items for single porpoises like this, checking the PAR, as is not need it as often and dropping 100's of cash in something you could only use twice at year. There's other equipment need it that could be use and return, in the case it's not return by specific time then you incur in charges, or loose a deposit, I think it was brought to attention, but never happened. It might need more colabotation.
Apparently it was tried in the past and was disastrous to the club. The items were broken or not returned as promised. It became a huge headache keeping track of where all the items loaned out were located.
