I just had my 10# C02 cylinder exchanged, got it home and it only has 600 PSI in it. It's been a while since I had it filled, but i think last time it was more like 1200 PSI. What pressures do you normally get ? I called the shop and he said 600 was max fill, but I dont think so. Tell me your experiences..

CO2 cylinders fill by weight, not by pressure.

They reach max pressure shortly after the filling starts and hold the same un til almost totally empty...

My "T" weight on my cylinder says 25.2LB, total cylinder is 43.6(bathroom scale) which equals 18.4 lbs of co2 correct ? just trying to edjucate my self..

I just realized my 10# cylinder is actually 20#.... i forgot i traded up last year. I'm getting old.
