My foxface (colonel mustard) will not touch greens, I have a seaweed clip that has gone untouched for 24 hours now... any tips or something that I am missing??

I'm feeding seaweed select green marine algae by ocean nutrition

ya the stuff came with garlic (almost overwhelming) when I opened it the first time.

that's what I keep reading which doesn't make much sense to me. Everyone online that I can find says nori in the grocery store is much better and the ocean nutrition stuff usually goes uneaten..

This hobby is like a woman, I can't say no and I will never understand how it works..

side note: does nori expire?

Also try soaking it with frozen food to entice the fish. Maybe even wrap a half cube up in a sheet of nori. The asian market is where it is at when buying that stuff by the way

I keep mine in the fridge in a ziplock bag. Seems to last a good while. I've seen a foxface hit the green nori before

I've had the foxface for going on three years and i've never feed him anything green, but decided that I should start so I can fatten him up real nice. All my fish are pretty plumpy with the exception of colonel mustard because he is so active. He looks nice, but hes not a fat*** like the rest of the crew. I suppose I will try some of the frozen fish tricks to entice him, and if that doesn't work ill go to dong bang (what a name) down the street and grab some nori

Boy that takes me back... made many food runs from the dorm to that place to pick up Asian quick meal stuff.
