Copperband Butterfly Crocea Clam

I was just wondering if anyone else had these two things in their tank.I have had a cb butterfly for a couple years now and had a maxima clam in there also.The CB never bothered the Maxima. The Maxima passed away a couple months back, and now I have replaced it with a Crocea and the Cb thinks it is lunch. Any ideas on how the two can co-exist?:huh:

tough call. usually its near impossible to get a fish to stop eating something. I think it'll have to be one or the other.

what do you feed your CB? I've had one and no luck with it, it died, wouldn't eat anything... tried all kinds of food...

lol, sorry, I couldn't resist.

Yeah, as Jmaney mentioned... its tough to get a fish to stop picking at something. Its really best to remove one or the other and try again.

My CB likes to pick at my snails once in a while, but he loves to eat solid food like pieces of squid or cooked shrimp.He wont eat much else.
