What was the reason that you dosed prime? Are you worried about Chloramine/Chlorine?
There should never really be a reason to use Prime in a saltwater aquarium unless you are using water our of the tap which isn't really recommended.
First thing you need to do is get a full water parameter test done on your tank before anyone is able to realistically help you.
Then start on all the basic questions...
- Anything off on the parameter tests?
- Did you add any new livestock to the system recently?
- Have you been using any new chemicals?
- What is your water change / maintenance schedule?
- How long have you had the coral beauty for and did you QT him?
- Get us the best picture(s) you can of him.
But definitely start with a full water test.
