Coral bleaching/dying from salinity swing

Got an incorrect salinity reading from apex. And i had Some salinity swings now all my torches are decomposing. I corrected the salinity but now what? I’ve tried to just leave it alone. What else can i do? Please help. It’s been like this for 4-5 days with no improvement.

I’d say those are gone. If it were me - I’d suck up the slime off the heads because I see babies growing from the stem…but I’m not an expert
