coraline?

with light and lots of love... i dont have the regular purple coraline, i have deeeeeeeep reds and purple and green and its amazingly beautiful

I forgot lol i'll take some pics to show you what i mean...

Keep you alk ,ph, cal and mag levels up to par and coraline is usually automatic. never tried the additives. Purple up and such I guess is what you are referring to?

Best to find a healthy sample from someone and shave it off in you system.
Get a shell or small piece of rubble and file the coraline off in your tank. It will spread like mad

I concur. It's about parameters, and in particular having enough magnesium to make the calcium biologically available for the coralline to use it.

Coralline does need light to grow (it is an algae, and as such, is photosynthetic).

I've grown some crazy coralline even under regular old fluorescent lights. But it does need light - it won't grow in the dark.
