I would encourage you to scrape it off any glass panes you'd like to keep clean. I let coralline grow freely on the back panels as well as one side since it's against a wall. When it's new it still pretty easy to remove. Let it grow for a while and it gets harder and harder. It's a good sign, of course, and it will continue to spread.
