Ive got a vey skiddish wrasse that I think has injured himslef diving into the substrate. Think he will bounce back? His lips are swollen and almost look like a beak, he is not moving them at all.

One of my wrasses did the same thing, if he can eat he should be ok(sure hope so). I would get the mysis out and try and feed him!

He is swimming around freely and I just feed mysis. His mouth is still not closing but he was looking like he was able to suck a few peices in his mouth.

It looks like it might have been caused by diving out of fear.

You might want to turn your bright lights off and just leave the actinics on to help with the stress. Put some garlic guard on the Mysis to help intice him to eat the next time you feed.

Kinda weird. He is really settled down and swimming okay. I was able to get in close and look at him. It almost looks like his lips came off as silly as that sounds or his teeth have been push out of his mouth. He just can close his mouth.

Feel kinda bad for the little guy.
