Could a 20 gallon tank support a BTA?

I have a gbta in my 12 gallon nano. He is doing really well! Just make sure your doing consistant water changes. I do 20% everyweel but that's just me! Gl with everything! I also have frogspawns, pulsing xenia and a few softies. Again gl!
