11 days to go for my new tank, it's a 60x25.5 x 24 rimless tank, I had to make some modification to stand for the extra 1 1/2 width.
Still don't know how my son and I going to pick this thing up, it weighs over 400 lbs.

It went with glass cage, yeah I know I am rolling the dice here but I don't think they can be all that bad
I will find out soon enough

I've never heard of them exploding or anything you'll be fine! Only negative comments I've seen are sometimes the silicon isn't as clean as the buyer preferred. Not the most amazing customer service but you most likely aren't going to need that.

Great
That's reassuring

Thanks

Hey rich I got your message , I can definitely try and help you move it but idk how much help my skinny butt will be I'll keep the day open and see if I can find more help but we're somewhat lacking in members in our neck of the woods .

Well finally got my tank today, it was too cold for the schedule two weeks ago, well I am very happy with the tank, nice beveled edges nice silicone job, well you can hardly see the silicone because they did not do the normal glass tank bead of silicone at the seams, it almost look like an acrylic tank at the seams , I like it. After talking to the driver about the tank he said they have a special silicone epoxy made for Glass Gage only so the seams are bullet prove.
The thank was so heavy it took 6 guys to bring it into the house including myself.
Overall it was a good experience with Glass Gage , very good customer service.
It seems the delay was a good thing the 21 days to wait to put water in the tank is up tomorrow. I would of hate to look at the tank for 2 weeks and can't put water in it

here is of pictures.

Love the tank! It is very close to the tank I am dreaming up and preparing for. Can I ask how much the tank cost you?

Is the glass overflow the only option GC provides or is there a reason you went that route?

My main reason I went with Glass cage was low lost and delivery but it I got quality and good service

I sent you a PM

Also for a piece of mind they say the silicone epoxy they use is the strongest in the world no one else has it , they won't even sell to the public

Glass cages makes some very high quality stuff.. Nice looking tank

What are you doing of the sump

Looks great, Rich! I have a tank those dimensions and love it.

Thank you guys, my children probably thinking I am weird because they always see standing next to the tank and just staring at it for a long time, but I just can't help it.
