I find it interesting how fast my sunset Montipora changed colors moving it from one tank to another.
Last night, I removed it from my 60 gallon to my 250. When I placed it in the 250, the LEDs were on full blues getting ready to turn off for the night. When I placed it in the tank, the coral was almost completely green. Five minutes later and it was showing a little orange.
This morning I go and look at the tank, and the sunset monti is almost completely orange!
Not sure if it has something to do with my parameters or if it's just the higher lighting. But, this happened over night, so there wasn't that much of a photo period.
