Creature ID?

Hey, just wondering if someone can ID that creatures floating around in my pico tank?
I have yet to see these before. The clownfish is enjoying them!

Thats what I was thinking. Just never seen them look like that(longer body, like a shrimp) and also floating freely in the water... only ever seen them on the glass!

Usually the little critters like that are a mic of copepods and amphipods. I have a very scientific way of telling the two apart - amphipods are bigger. I see them on the glass a lot more when there's a little algae built up. I'm always assumed it was because the algae gave them a little better grip but it could be that they're feeding on it.
