Critter ID... what are these things?

Found these crawling on my trumpet/candy cane coral. What are they? Good, bad, or just ugly? And if need be, how do I get rid of them? Help, please!

Oh thank God! I'm so new to all of this, thought I'd started working my way through the ABC's of bad stuff lol... algae, aiptasia...but amphipods I'll take!

Yes sir, they're good little dude. Whenever I take anything out of the tank I always check for them and do my best to "rescue" them when I can. I get a little obsessive with it.

I pull as many out of my filter floss that I can every time I replace it.
