Looked at the bottom of my sand bed hoping to find where my yasha gobie is hiding out so I can put a pistol shrimp near him and I saw this thing. There is a trail from where has moved. Is it bad, good? Idk. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks guys.

It's a worm. Not sure what kind, hard to tell from the pic but odds are it's harmless. Most worms are detritivores. Poop-eaters.

They'll clean up a dead fish too, but they leave healthy stuff alone.

My buddy fernando said it's a peanut worm, harmless.
