Custom Sump 23.75"x16"x14"

Come take a look as I help a member of ARC build the sump that he's been wanting for awhile. He spec'd it out to his exact liking and was very happy with results. The sump was overbuilt for longevity and this is one of those sumps I can say will last for tens of years. We communicated throughout the process and made minor adjustments throughout the process, even did a big switch up right before assembly, but we got it the way he wanted.

I can make anything your heart desires.... lol well not everything but a lot of things i can make... just anything round or cylinder will give me issues

Awesome! And thank you for rounding over the edges! Before I knew you were doing this, I bought a "DIY" sump baffle kit from Exotic Marine Systems. They didn't round/polish any of the edges. I was cleaning out the sump last weekend, and before I knew it my hand was a bloody mess from all the cuts I was getting from the sharp edges (shame on me for being too eager and not smoothing them myself!).

A question... for the flame polishing, is that oxy-propane you're using? Oxy-acetylene? Nice touches and great work!!
