Cut on anthias - any ideas?

Noticed red like scab/cut on my Anthias. Could this be from stress or cutting himself on rock? I have not noticed anything else being aggressive with him and water parameters are good. It is on his underside near tail (see pic).

Flame hawk
Tiger watchman goby
Mandarin dragonet
One other anthias (brought in together)

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

It lookes like it might of been fighting or hit against a rock.

Ah! I see now.

Haven't seen any aggression, but he does zip by the rock very fast sometimes. I guess it will heal in time. Thanks!
