Consistently reading 2ppm nitrates (been heavily feeding)
Not going up any higher
Should I try doesing phos. And nitrates
Getting hannah pho checker tommow. My kits keep saying 0

Well dinos are a pain. There are alot of different thoughts on dealing with them. I would do your research here and also check out reef2reef. Alot of information on dealing with them.

At only 4 months old, the tank will struggle to maintain any kind of consistent parameter. You can dose phosphate to raise it up some, the save with nitrate. My suggestion is to add a few small fish, the nutrients are going to come from fish poop, not fish food. Adding fish will help with the long term goal of having consistent parameters and not having to dose them. Your system also needs a variety of bacteria to outcompete the cyano and Dino, this is why a lot of young systems deal with these kind of problems.

Add fish
Raise levels via dosing
Biodiversify by adding bacteria
