i have a frogspawn that is showing its skeleton(like of what you see on dead branchs) and all other corals are open except my gsp they are kind of open. i am about to go and do a water test but temp is good.

Change lighting recently? Froggies will retract under brighter lighting than they are used to.

I have found that my GSPs are the first item to "hide" when ammonia levels in the tank change. Lost any snails or other critters lately?

no snail or critter has been lost.
but because i left the frogspawn in the tank hoping it would revive the water quality went from perfect to ok. calcium is fine, i have not dosed idione lately eventhough i do ususally. water change was last weekend. amonia is at 0 nititates at 0 nitrates at 50.

i have carbon running always. i am making water right after this to do a water change tommorow morning.

Yes, NO3- is way too high. To get total nitrogen in your system multiply NO3- by 3 times. NSW level is, you guessed it, undetectable.
