Took a trip this Saturday to catch the sale at Atlanta Aquarium. I drove out there from Smyrna so the trip took about an hour I guess. I did pick up a paly frag but overall I was pretty disappointed.
When I got there they were out of the regal tangs. I understand that this is the point of a sale. Sponsors tell us about the sale. I see it as good customer service to let folks know they are out of a sale item.
The real issue is that there are some nice corals at the store. Some real nice ones. The problem is that you cannot buy them. Outside of the basic stuff in the labeled tank you need the owner to tell you a price. I asked the employee there about several corals and was told I would have to ask the owner. I asked when the owner would get there and I was told "some time today." Ummmmm OK.
So the hours should be whenever the owner gets there to whenever he/she leaves. If your customers cannot buy your product. You are not open for business.
The staff was nice I guess. The store was dark(I was there at opening). Just an overall disappointing visit for the drive.
