Different Ballasts, Which one is better?

Is there ballasts that i could go with that are better(last longer, saves engergy...) i need 2-175w(mh) or 2-250 (mh) and 4-65w(pc)

Electronic Ice cap ballasts are typically what are recommended. You can get Advanced ballasts in just about any type of lamp also for less $$$$. Just depends on what you want. You going with SE lamps or DE on your MH lights?

You can buy my 2 Advance 250W ballasts for $100 plus I will throw in two bulbs that have 3-4 months on them!
