Dinoflagellates!!!@help!!!!

Ok I got the dino ...its not good. Been fighting it for three months and just found out what it is.
Has anyone evre been able to get rid of this stuff? Will it give me a false nitrate and nitrite reading?
I heard it puts of s toxin. .lost four f ish last week while trying to clean it off..about to give up
