diving in BVI

anyone know if it is illegal to capture fish or frag corals found in the British Virgin Islands for shipment back to the US...just wondering, because im going down for 11 days after christmas.....if the water isnt to cold was thinking about maybe sending some stuff back

I can assure you it is not legal. Just the quarintine alone would most likly kill anything you grabbed, but unless you have a permit, you won't be home to recive the shipment anyway

Sorry buddy, its not legal, I read something a couple a months ago about getting a guy getting caught and the fine was pretty stiff
