I will send a PM with my phone # if you dont already have it, send pics if you can and i may take it off your hands, Did you put it together yourself?? or is it strictly a repurposed reactor? i would like to build my own if i could.

Flyingarmy, Mark, did a good write up on a DIY unit a while back.

I followed this idea to make mine. It utilizes an upflow design by reversing the flow through a RO filter canister.

I got my canister at Bulk Reef Supply and used John Guest fittings for the input/output. I then used a piece of PVC pipe, with cap, with holes drilled in it for the center down piece.

There was someone a while back that used a microwave turntable motor to build a pretty nice kalk stirrer/doser.

That's awesome, found my new project, will find a better container than a trash bin though

I ordered the motor took about 20 days to get. I put the project on hold until I can find pieces of silicone for the paddles( similar to a spatula head), but I have to admit I haven't really looked that hard.

Why not just buys some baking spatulas, probably cheap + 1 to that idea as well
