should I use glass or acrylic for the baffel's in the sump?

I'm assuming the sump itself is glass - so I'd say glass since silicon adheres to glass better

+1 If the sump is glass then go with glass baffles. Plus glass is going to be cheaper

Glass will stick to glass. Acrylic has a hard time sticking to glass. I would go glass.

Try looking for a picture framing store they will cut your glasses for next to nothing
