Do I have worms?

Noticed a few worm like ... Things... Sticking out from under some rocks during feeding time. Are these worms?

Hard to tell, but by the color, I would guess that's a micro brittle star leg. If it is, I am jealous!

Nothing in my tank is worthy of jealously so i doubt that is it....

Those were the best pics I got the 50 I took. It did look more like a leg than it did a worm. But then again I have never seen saltwater worms so i don't have much to go by

Holy giant photos, Batman!

Yes they are tiny brittle stars that stay tiny. Good detritivores (janitors). You are seeing their legs, the rest of them is still inside the rock.

Good to have in the tank, they probably hitchhiked in on live rock or coral. They will multiply.

Sorry about the size of the pics, I post and read only in tapatalk and the pics look normal size. Thanks for the info I was unaware of the size. I'll reduce the resolution on my phone before i take another photo!
