@bhodges82 They are harmless, really pretty and I guess they hitchhiked into my tank. @hzheng33 They have been in there for like half a year. They are growing and spreading that's why I figured I would ask in case it was harmful. Do they normally not live that long in captivity?

Also I guess it is a mushroom and not an anemone at all even though the name for it has anemone in it lol...weird.

I’ve got a couple. You’ll only see them when it’s close to lights out. I have no issues with the ones in my tank.
