I am fixing to start dosing and and was wondering if the 1ml per gallon is what is recommended. Thanks for any help.

That's what I used for a period of two weeks. After that, I dose it occasionally just to keep things at bay.

One more question. If there are no fish and very little coral in the tank will it hurt to dose more and possible speed up the process?

I wouldn't do it, take it slow. There is still live rock and other things like bacteria that enjoy stability. I just started dosing last night. Bumping up my magnesium before I start the cal and alk. I'm at 1100 right now. Hoping to be at 1350 by Friday then I will start the cal and alk. Good luck!

Running a.60 cube. Have never had this problem.before but I guess there is a first for everything. I took all the live rock out and I am soaking in h2o2 right now. I am off of Dr bramblett and karr rd
