I was still in reef tank mode even after the meeting on Sunday and decided to clean out some of the containers I brought stuff in. One of my buckets was up front and used to catch and dispose of the pieces of dead coral skeleton that the guys were fragging. I'm still amazed at this hobby and really enjoy poking around to see what I can find. Well, as I was poking around I found a smooshed tiny head of duncan next to an even smaller head that had been discarded. They were both tiny and damaged but I thought "what the heck" and clipped the little piece off and threw it in my tank. Mind you, this was around 8:00 and it had been "dry" and sitting in a bucket for at least 4 hours. A few minutes ago while I was rearranging some stuff in my tank, I noticed it had come out and was still alive. It got mounted to a frag plug and I'm eager to see how it does.
