DYI ? Fish Food

Im making my own fish food and I bought a seafood mix from the Asian Market it includes squid,scallops,mussels,shrimp. That all should be ok right?

check with either Affecthalf or Mockery. They had a recipe for homemade fish food.

A lot of times the shrimp in mix is cooked. If so I would not use the shrimp. I usually buy fresh to add.

It's raw shrimp actually a really nice mix.

I made it a little chunky becuase my pink tale is a pig.

I modified the ingrediants from the link and went without the vegi's. And used a little more nori sheets..

How did it compare to buying regular food?

The fish love it and it was pretty cheap to make in comparison.

What did you tray it up in? Old frozen food trays?

When I make mine, it seems expensive but my batch lasts about 5 months. So I am sure it works out cheaper than frozen prepared.
