Eggs?

I came home today to see one of my clowns had what looks like eggs dangling under them.

Anyone have any ideas what it is, and if it is eggs is there anything I should do to give them a better chance of survival?

Can’t really tell from the picture but if it looks like white stringy poop then it is probably an internal parasite. Get metroplex and treat the food it should go away.

I'm trying to get a video or a better picture. It's like grey balls. When I looked up parasites they were all strings so I was not sure
