emerald crab hurt fish?

I read that emerald crabs can hurt small fish. I would like to get one but wanted to know how serious this was. I don't have any fish yet in my 12g reef tank but plan on getting something like a sixline wrasse or goby in the near future.

just about any crab can do some damage, especially when they get larger, but I've never had any issues with them.

I have 2 in my 54 and theyre getting large but no concerns...great workers!

I had a monster in my corner..No joke..Prolly close to 2" from side to side..It would sit on the edge of the rock with his claws out when anything would swim by....I guess guarding his rock...I did see him catch a ride on the tail of a Kole Tang before..Other than that..It was okay...Other than knocking everything over..

I have two monsters in my tank plus a few others laying around and never seen any problems. Doesn't mean there can't be but since most fish and critters come with some warning, emeralds are way down on my list.
