So what do you feed your Zoas??? And what do you feed your ricordeas??? I know I've been doing way diff then the norm. But would like your insight. Oh lastly what do u feed your large mouth chalice?

i rarely feed my corals and never feed them directly.. still have plenty of growth.

I feed formula one
I feed mysis and cyclopeze once a week to my food and just pour everything in the tank.. after 30 seconds I turn on the powerheads and its fair game to whatever can grab it

I always try to make sure my zoas and rics get their fair share of cyclops. The rics will even take brine or mysis. Since I don't have any fish at the moment, I always feed with a turkey baster.

I do the same way just on a smaller scale I use a syringe for cough syrup. That way I can hold it to the Zoas head tell it envlopes it. Because if I just dump in tank they never catch it. My rics and chalice eat 2 large brine per head when target feed n tickled.

Oh!! I may have to do n experiment on that next. I'm thinkinmaby soak rods food in that. Then feed them. Maby I'll get super rods out of it

Well I was thinking what experiments I want to set up next. Maby a side by side reproduction test? With same Zoas, same amount of heads each side. And only direct feed 1 side with " rods roids" see what side heals up faster and starts new buds quicker?

That sounds like a cool experiment. I really want to get one of those invert display tanks you see in a lot of fish stores, where it's one long tank with a bunch of small partitions. That'd be cool to set up some different experiments while keeping water quality a constant.

Ya some of those are so small u could run 1- 3watt Cree led over each. To keep lighting constant on each like 3x3 inch cube

I dont feed anything. Whatever they get through the water column is what they get. Plus any little pieces that get caught up during feeding.....
