These little guys just showed up the other day in my tank about 20 of them...I'm still cycling and I'm not sure how they even got in there and are they safe to keep in there. I did get some snails and blueleg hermits I guess whatever it is came with them....But since my rock is homemade I know it didn't come from that.

yea, feather dusters, and they're safe. I've got tons in my tank. They multiply pretty fast, but they wont hurt anything.

I have some white ones that I got from Ramone and I really like the way they look.

I am wondering if they will get bigger or they are going to stay small...Does any one know?

They will get a lil bigger, but not much. The only down side to these is when they mult, they may walk up on SPS and can kill the tissue because they block the light. You can simply pull or blow them off (with a turkey baster)
