FedEx messsed up - 2 night shipping

FedEx messed up and once again I'm in the position of an expensive order being held over an additional night. Ugh.

Two acanthophyllia and a favia.

Taking bets will they or won't they make it?

I remember I got got some from Spikes Corals and it was being shipped from Flowery Branch to Blairsville and somehow the got stuck in Memphis I think. Go figure.

Dang that's rough. Did you elect to go the 2 day route? Surprised that was an option with anything except Zoas. You bought from iamcoral? Reminds me I won a gift certificate from them...

I had an order of zoas get held up for two days. Only one out of five died. And all fedex packages go through Memphis, that was not a mistake.

Yeah but if they stay there for 2 or 3 days outside on a loading dock when they were shipped overnight, that's a mistake.

It was certainly an error on FedEx side.

IJamcoral which was probably auto corrected or you are more like me that thought it was "Iam" at first. I had to do a double take at the email after ordering.

With regards to them so far I have no complaints. Tracking number was sent with next day before 10:30am like normal. 11 am rolls around I contact him with concern and he handled the rest of the calls addressing the issue himself. As well as every other step of the way he has been extremely prompt in communications. Truth be told, more so than I'd expect from a vendor before a sale has been made. So having said that at this junction I have nothing but praise. But I'll withold the ending for the end.

Hope it makes it , I had a chalice come from cali get lost and came through a day behind it did just fine but its going to depend on temperature and how long the hand warmers work for.

Rapid decline of both lead to this.

Well nevermind. Having problems uploading the additional pics. Sufficed to say both rapidly went down hill loosing tissue that resulted in removal before completely fouling the tank.

So bummed, the pink one was extremely rare... I doubt I'll be able to get my hands on again

On the bright side the pink speckled ones are coming around more lately, as are the gold dust ones.

Favia isn't a skeleton but it's extremely pissed and brown. I'd put it at extemely critical.

I hope your right. That coloration, Pink with bright yellow and neon green flakes is just incredible.

Another one coming. Along with a cynarina instead of the second acantho. While not as much of a deal for the money spent. This guy was really knows how to run a business based on customer service and satisfaction. Because of which I didn't want to rake him back over the coals. This nightmare was certainly not his fault but he went above and beyond to correct the issue.

All in all, confidently do business with him! 5 STAR service for sure.

Oh and he will be at our the big frag swap this year.
