I have a neon green candycane (have had it for 3-4 months). I have been feeding it mysis/brine shrimp, and it seems to be happy and growing. I'm curious though, how often do most people feed theirs? Mine seems hungry every night, but I only feed it twice a week. Should I feed it more often than that?

yeah it always opens up at night, i feed it twice a week also

I've never fed any of mine (2 colonies). They just get whatever blows around before the fish get it.

The only corals in my tank that ever get target fed are Duncans.

They will open and "always look hungry" because that's what they do to survive. I feed my corals about 1x per week.

Here's my goofy feeding schedule based on 'every-other-day'.

Every 2 days: Fish - rods food
Every 4 days: Nems - Silverside
Every 6 days: Corals - Mysis

It may sound convoluted but it works for me and is consistent. Today is Fish & Nem day =)
