File fish eating Vermetid Snails?

Is it possible? A few months ago, I had a lot on the under side of my rock. Now I have very few. The only fish I've added are a harlequin tusk and a small file fish. I doubt it's the harley, but maybe? Thoughts?

Edit: After a few google searches, it seems this is a possibility.

That it's the filefish.

The tusk would definitely if it figured out a bit of food was in those little tubes. What kind of filefish? I would like to look that up as well.
Have you added alot better filtration to your setup? You could have starved them to death too

I am still unsure of the species of filefish. My 4 year old son caught him in Seagrove Beach, FL.
