filling a 75 gallon system

what would be the best way to fill a 75 gallon tank and 20 gallon sump with out buying a ro unit?

Buy 95 gallons of distilled water. No seriously, an RO/DI is probably the most important piece of equipment you can have. One of those things you don't need to skip out on. Ebay has a great unit a bunch of memebers on here have that is fairly cheap.
