Why would they worry that you snatch something out the water? How often does that really happen?
Keep up the good work.
You know, I wondered the same thing - UNTIL I was in Aquarium Design (bham), they kept (past tense) frags in a separate area in the back of the store. I witnessed an employee giving a customer (with WET hands) a good going over, he said he could not see a particular frag so he picked it up to look closer, he then got an attitude and left the store.
I thought that was very odd because it would insult me if someone just randomely put their hand in my tank, thinking of contamination.
I guess I had an even dumber than usual look because the employee came over and explained that the guy was a regular long time customer, who had virtually stopped spending money in the store, but lately, would always find the need for a hands on look at corals when alone ?????? REMARKABLE !!
I was a bit apprehensive on CBA being so available at first, but it is probably better for all that they are so willing to assist. When I go there I will tell em I am just looking and will holler when I need help, that works. I like to make the first three trips around the corals alone, then I normally have about thirty questions.
paul692 - dont cut off your options of shopping, CBA is one of the best store's in the South, and the fact that they care enough to respond here on the board says a lot
