Fishless cycle help

Hey everyone need some help. Doing a fishless cycle with dr time ammonia and dowsed fritz 9. Currently ammonia has been at 0 after dosing then it came back down for about a week now. Nitrite is around 5 and nitrates are around 2. I have not does any more ammonia since nitrites are high. What should I do as nitrites have not dropped in a week. Thanks

Wait, let the nitrites drop on their own, you didn't mention how long the tank has been up (when did you start...).
