Flashing eb832

[wantsummora acropora]

1 of my eb832's is flashing. There is nothing connected to it but it also has plugs 3,6 and 7 lit. It does not show up in fusion. Any ideas? I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Did it once show up in Fusion? If so, delete it from fusion, reset your apex, plug it in again and see if something happens?

It did appear at one time but it does not anymore. Nothing there to delete. I tried unplugging it and resetting the apex to no avail.

check and make sure the USB connection is tight on both ends.
